Description and Objectives
During this training, participants will engage in all new learner-centered review strategies and activities aimed at improving student achievement and maximizing retention. This day will be full of engaging, hands-on, easily implemented activities to review content. Participants will also leave with strategies to help with new item types, like SCR and cluster items, to foster success on Science STAAR.
Details and Information
- ALL readiness TEKS are reviewed plus select supporting standards.
- Teachers leave with training on how to implement all 18 hands-on activities included in the bundle and ideas for differentiation.
- Training Timeframe: 6-hours of professional development (Think Big Learning is a TEA-approved provider)
- Licensing: In addition to the training, each attendee will receive a digital copy of all the student materials used in the training with one classroom license.
- Pricing: $125 per attendee
