Exploring Practices for Highly Effective Instruction
OVERVIEW
These engaging sessions focus on equipping teachers with practices that allow them to establish and maintain a learning environment with high levels of student achievement. We immerse participants in six interrelated, research-based practices that together form a system for effective planning, instruction, and assessment in all classrooms.
These 6 practices include: student-centered instruction, scaffolding for all, formative assessment, relevancy and engagement, high expectations for all, and classroom management. Each practice can be presented as a standalone day, as part of a series of trainings, or in a custom day with multiple practices selected by the district. Just let us know you’re needs, and we’ll customize a day just for you!
We provide all training materialsand a booklet for each participant. Each attendee will also receive a digital download of all resources used in training with a single-teacher license to use the materials with their students.
